This policy explains what data CompletionKit collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the hosted Service at completionkit.com, operated by Homemade Software Inc.
Account data — name, email address, hashed password, organization name, billing details (handled by Stripe; we never see your card number).
Service data — the prompts, datasets, responses, runs, judgments, and API tokens you create. This is "Your Content" under our Terms.
Operational data — request logs (IP address, user agent, paths, timestamps), error reports, and aggregated usage metrics.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use Your Content to train LLMs for third parties or for any purpose other than operating the Service for you.
We rely on these sub-processors:
We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US under the legal mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable) described in our Data Processing Agreement.
We are not currently established in the European Union or the United Kingdom. We are in the process of appointing a representative in the EU under Article 27 GDPR and a representative in the UK under Article 27 UK GDPR; their contact details will appear here once appointed. In the meantime, if you are an EU, EEA, or UK data subject and you have a question or request relating to your personal data, you can contact us directly at privacy@completionkit.com and we will handle it as if it had come through a representative.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion (or longer where required by law, e.g., tax records). Service data is retained per your plan's run-history retention setting; older data is deleted automatically.

We set a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We use Google Analytics (GA4) with IP anonymization enabled to understand aggregated traffic patterns; GA4 sets its own cookies for this purpose. We do not run ad networks or session-replay tools.
If you'd prefer not to be tracked by GA4, install a browser extension (e.g. uBlock Origin) or use your browser's Do Not Track / strict privacy mode — we honour those signals by not loading the GA4 script.
Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have additional rights including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of "selling" or "sharing" personal information. We do not sell or share personal information. If you'd like to make a CCPA request, email privacy@completionkit.com.
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Material changes to this policy will be announced via email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
